Rose and Kevin E-Shoot

I was down at St. Joes yesterday with Rose and Kevin during the end of the Phillies game. We met at 3 - the game was in the Phillies hands by then, though we checked the scores now and then. Rose and Kevin are St. Joes Grads, met here and Kevin proposed here. So we took a few semi formal shots then they changed into their St. Joes shirts and we had some fun doing a few "different" things. Can't wait til the wedding in December!

Here are some great shots from Saturday's wedding at Aldie Mansion. Didn't know what the day would bring when I got up as it was raining - but then the skies cleared for Sarah and Justin and turned into a beautiful day. I am still editing, but wanted to put up a few for everyone to see.

The fall Bridal season is in full swing as of Saturday Sept first, the studio had four big weddings going at once and you couldn't have asked for a better day. Ron and Eric spent the day with the lovely Joanne and Tamim. These two were so relaxed, you couldn't tell they were getting married. After the ceremony at Visitation B.V.M we headed over to the Manor House at Commonwealth for the celebration. The Manor House is always an excellent location and they treat you so well there. For entertainment, the newly weds and their guests danced to CTO 5th Avenue.

Maryanne and Andy Got Married

Saturday was a perfect day for a wedding. Not to hot and not to cold, and for a photographer - the slight cloud cover makes for some nice soft light. I am crazy about the first image of Maryanne, this is the soft light I am talking about. I sometimes get crazy looks when I ask a bride or groom to pose in a certain spot, this was just inside the door of her parents home. But it is all about the light, and yes her beauty helps too.
The reception was at one of my favorite locations - Appleford. There are so many places to photograph and each place is a short walk away.

First Blog!!!

Hello everyone, I have just set up Gardner Studios' blog area. This busy 2007 wedding season will be the testing grounds for my redesigned website as well as the posting of collages on here for my brides from the previous weekend to view and gush over....

I am very excited about this year and the changes that my studio is going through. We will be revamping the way you see, shareand view your images and albums...
